​Scenic Sites Venue is happy to have you on the day of your event! We hope that the event will be all that you expected and more. If the details listed above on this form is to change before the day of the event please contact us as soon as possible. 

Our Policy here at Scenic Sites Venue states that 50% of the total price is given at the time of the contract submission. This means once you submit this form you will be sent an invoice via email. Once the invoice

deposit is paid your wedding date will officially be booked. Congratulations! 

Two days prior to your event you're expected to pay the remaining balance. The Venue Coordinator will call you two weeks before the event to go over all details and make sure you don't have any questions. 
NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations due to inclement weather, early departures, medical issues or for the loss of electricity, water, or other services that are out of our control. The Security Deposit is Non Refundable.

CANCELLATION. Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED 30 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK-IN DATE.
